Welcome to Mountain View School District's Aeries Online Enrollment, which allows you to quickly start the process of enrolling a student into one of our schools. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, prior school history and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the student's information will be electronically sent to the school.

Do I need an email address?

Yes, you will need an email address. If you do not have an email address, please create an account with an email provider prior to beginning the enrollment process.

Who should use this system?

Parents enrolling new students that have never attended one of our schools. If your child has previously attended a school in the Mountain View School District please go to the assigned school to re-enroll your child.

What can I expect during the enrollment process?

You will need to activate your account by verifying your email address to use this system. After creating your account you will receive an email notification from AeriesReports@aeries.net (Mountain View ESD Registration) with instructions to activate your account. Once your account is active and your email address has been verified the enrollment process will typically take 20-30 minutes to complete. If you are unable to complete the process you may resume the enrollment at a later time. Please use correct spelling, capitalization and punctuation; since the school will receive the data exactly as it is entered into the system.

What do I do after completing the online enrollment process?

We encourage you to bring the required documentation to your assigned school as soon as possible in order to finalize the enrollment process. At the assigned school, you will also be required to complete additional forms prior to your child being officially enrolled.
